Today’s world is filled with unprecedented stressors. How can we support the body in being resilient and prepared? Dietary choices need to provide not only optimized nutrition for general health, nutrient delivery needs to be optimized to support the body’s lines of defense.
Even if consumers believe they are eating a varied and balanced diet there are elements missing in the modern American diet, hampering our ability to maximize nutrient value.
Americans are overfed and undernourished. Over-processed food is a culprit, but what other factors contribute to less than optimum health? What actually happens within the body when consuming a “typical” American diet. Can addressing the diet in very specific ways get to the source of how dysfunction emerges and beat the challenge of chronic inflammation? Can diet and other behavioral protocols affect the way the immune system functions and regulates?
Within normal daily-life conditions we expect resilient health and vitality. But with added stressors in the mix and sub-optimal nourishment, underlying system weaknesses will be revealed.
How can we fix it?
Today’s consumers have real concerns and are paying attention. Experts weigh in on the nutritional needs.
Turning to ancient wisdom combined with modern age knowledge may hold the keys to unlocking the body’s own ability to create balance and respond to external stressors.

New Hope Network and the NEXT Data & Insights team tracks more than 50 trends disrupting status quo food systems, product formulations and retail experiences. Many brands are innovating because of the consumer plea to take back control of their health and wellness. But while they want control, they also prefer convenience.
To understand how to best meet consumer needs, particularly where there is an urgent need to support immune system optimization and overall vitality, we have created a webinar in partnership with Ancient Nutrition to overview consumer purchasing trends and dig into nutritional and added lifestyle protocols to support optimizing well-being and immune health. Titled “Optimize Your Immune System: Arming the Body’s Defenses with Ancient Herbs and Superfoods” – our webinar will dive into product category sales data and follow with a rich discussion about how to remedy what’s missing from the modern diet.
