Americans are overfed and undernourished. Over-processed food is a culprit, but what other factors contribute to less than optimum health? What actually happens within the body when consuming a “typical” American diet? Can addressing the diet in very specific ways get to the source of how dysfunction emerges and beat the challenge of chronic inflammation?
Turning to ancient wisdom combined with modern age knowledge may hold the keys to unlocking the body’s own ability to create balance.
