Matthew McFadden joined Newmark Zimmer in 2008 and has 21 years of corporate management and global real estate experience working for several Fortune 500 companies. His practice includes transactional management, strategic planning, portfolio management & restructuring and tenant representation. As an Executive Managing Director and Principal, head of the Global Corporate Services practice and member of Newmark Zimmer’s executive board, Mr. McFadden works to meet his clients’ unique commercial real estate needs while allowing them to focus on their core business. Mr. McFadden has a particular talent for understanding clients’ diverse real estate portfolios at a macro level and then identifying implementable opportunities coupled with clear strategies for execution. Prior to joining Newmark Zimmer, Mr. McFadden managed a 20 million square-foot global real estate portfolio for Honeywell International Inc. he began his career with Sprint, managing a national retail and office portfolio.

Andy Doyle joined Newmark Zimmer in 2015 and currently serves as SeniorManaging Director of Global Corporate Services in the company’s St. Louis,Missouri, o ce. Graham Stark joined Newmark Zimmer in 2019 and currently serves as a director within the firm’s Global Corporate Services practice in the Kansas City office. He focuses on tenant and owner representation, portfolio and transaction management, lender solutions and strategic restructuring. Prior to Newmark Zimmer, Mr. Stark served as the co-head of business development for Mass Interact in Chicago, Illinois where he managed domestic and international relationships primarily focused in the hospitality and higher education industries. Mr. Stark began his career in the finance industry, first working at UMB Bank in Kansas City, Missouri before moving onto Jordan, Knauff & Company in Chicago, Illinois.

Andrew Garten serves as Newmark Zimmer’s director of research bringing with him 16 years of commercial real estate research experience and expertise. Mr. Garten is responsible for all research-related functions in the Kansas City, St. Louis and Lee’s Summit branch offices. His duties include verifying the compilation of market statistics and trends for the office, industrial and retail sectors; producing a capital investment outlook evaluating office, industrial, retail, multi-housing and hospitality properties; creating and managing lease administration portfolios for industrial, office and retail clients; compiling market, submarket and specialty reports; working closely with the firm’s brokers to attract new business and service existing clients with new business leads and developing research intelligence for client presentations for the firm’s ongoing business development efforts. In addition, numerous municipalities, real estate directors and investment groups have retained Mr. Garten’s services to perform socio-economic analyses, demographic trade summaries, business intelligence profiles, gap analyses and market feasibility studies for office, industrial, retail and multi-housing space. Through his relationships with brokers, researchers and landlords, Mr. Garten is able to maintain a competitive edge benefitting Newmark Zimmer as well as clients and the real estate community at large. His market stats and analyses are frequently cited in trade and local publications and newspapers and are used by Newmark Zimmer executives representing the firm as panelists or keynote speakers at trade events. Prior to joining the firm full-time, Mr. Garten’s relationship with Newmark Zimmer officially started in 2002, when he began an internship lasting throughout his college career.

Lease Negotiations Portfolio Optimization Strategy Project Management
Alejandro Ramos joined Newmark in 2020 and currently serves as director of Global Corporate Services in the company’s Mexico City, Mexico, office. He guides Newmark’s team in meeting clients’ unique commercial real estate needs and developing strategic plans, which allows clients to focus more on their core businesses. Throughout his 18-year career, he has completed assignments throughout Mexico and Latin America for some of the largest corporations in the world. Prior to Newmark, Mr. Ramos served as a Latin American Account Director for JLL, responsible for an account covering real estate activities in 17 countries. In his role with Newmark, he handles the Latin American real estate responsibilities for a Fortune 100 client where he specializes in transaction management services including lease negotiations, portfolio optimization strategy and project management. In addition to Spanish, Mr. Ramos speaks fluent English and Italian. When he’s not creating value for his clients, Mr. Ramos enjoys hiking in the mountains outside Mexico City and sailing on his family boat in Acapulco.
Mr. Ramos holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering with a minor in Systems Engineering from Instituto Tecnológico de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM).
