What do you like to do in your free time outside of work? Mountain biking, skiing, and practicing yoga. I also enjoy coaching my kids’ sports teams and attending KU, Chiefs and Royals games with my family.

What do you consider your greatest achievement (personal or professional)? I earned my MBA from Colorado State University while balancing a full-time job, a part-time job, and raising two children under the age of three.
What is the best advice you’ve ever received? Poor planning leads to poor performance What is something your coworkers would be surprised to learn about you? I have skied over 700 days in my life.
What’s your favorite part about working at Newmark Zimmer? A supportive environment: The people, culture, leadership, and mentorship. In particular, the tenured employees in Accounting, Property Management, Brokerage, and Administration are always willing to assist newcomers in developing their skills and industry knowledge. They seem to remember what it was like to be new, which is essential for fostering growth and maintaining forward momentum.
