What is something your coworkers would be surprised to learn about you?

For some of the newer Newmark Zimmer coworkers, they may not know that I head up the NZ - ‘South’ office in Recife, Brazil. Upon graduating college in 2006, I became a full-time employee and transitioned into a consultant basis in 2010 when I moved to Brazil

Being a “Dad” to Andre (16 years old), Julia and Lara (11-year-old twins). I was honored to receive the inaugural U.M.K.C. Trustees Scholarship in which I was paired up with Mr. Zimmer (Hugh) and ‘Zimmer Real Estate Services, LC’. I would not be where I am today, both personally and professionally, without the support from Mr. Zimmer, the Zimmer family and many coworkers still at Newmark Zimmer.

What has been your favorite trip or what is your dream vacation?

What do you like to do in your free time outside of work?

I enjoy traveling, reading, attending music concerts and food/drink festivals, watching the kid’s volleyball games, walking/jogging along the beach, and as a millennial, I have turned the corner and have been labeled a “Plant Dad” here at home. Last Book: A Moveable Feast Next Major Concert: Olivia Rodrigo at Lollapalooza (Lara & Julia are big fans) Favorite Plant: Orchids (easy to grow down here in our tropical climate)

I worked part-time at Best Buy and bailed hay for a few summers to save money to be able to backpack Europe after graduating from high school at Ray-Pec. It has been one of my most memorable traveling experiences visiting multiple countries with an unlimited use EuroRail pass in hand.
