Direct availabilities have also generally increased since the pandemic, ending the fourth quarter of 2023 at an all-time high of 26.3%. Like sublease availability, vacancy eased by 10 basis points in the fourth quarter of 2023 from the all-time high of 24.5% in the previous quarter.
