The ultimate playlist
Fun in the sun is what the Caribbean does best. The Dominican Republic already brings the sun, but nowhere crams in as much fun as Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Punta Cana.
This rock ’n’ roll resort makes all-inclusive action-packed, with the British Airways Holidays Customer Promise providing peace of mind.
Punta Cana, at the eastern tip of the Dominican Republic, is all white sand and twinkling waters, where divers and dolphins share the warm, tropical sea. If you just want to swim and sunbathe, this is a great place to do it.
For British Airways Holidays customers who want a little more from their Caribbean trip, Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Punta Cana has a whole playlist of experiences to enjoy. From golf and spa treatments to crazy escape rooms and water slides, there’s no excuse for being bored.*
The suites and rooms at Hard Rock Hotel are spacious and feel indulgent, with a private balcony and spa tub.
Bathrobes and slippers are waiting for you on arrival, as are the all-inclusive soft drinks and beers in the minibar.
In keeping with the musical theme, you can have a Fender guitar or record player delivered to your room on request. Music to our ears…

There’s a pool for every mood at
Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Punta Cana. Across the complex are 11 pools, four with swim-up bars. Each has a very different vibe.
The Eden pool is adults only and high energy, with a DJ and full bar. The family pool has water slides for fun-loving under-16s, the Sax pool is a relaxing lagoon, while the Eclipse and Central host an array of activities.
splash happy
For some guests, the biggest casino on the island is the major lure. But play goes way beyond the cards and dice.
For a start, there’s an 18-hole Jack Nicklaus golf course, plus an 18-hole mini-golf course for those who prefer putters.
Other add-on activities include a selection of escape rooms, a virtual reality game, bowling bar with six tenpin lanes and laser tag zone.
You can also test your mettle in the Arcade Centre or try out your surf technique on the Flowrider artificial wave.
There’s even a brand new waterpark – Rockaway Bay – featuring 26 slides for kids, teenagers and adults alike to enjoy!
GAME ON
With nine restaurants included in the British Airways Holidays all-inclusive plan, there’s no end of flavours and styles to feast on.
The Market Food Hall, inside a glass house with a hanging garden, is the centrepiece, offering a little bit of everything from around the world.
Other restaurants specialise: Bistro Med is great for Mediterranean and Lebanese; Casa Verde goes inventively vegan; laidback Stacked serves superb burgers; and Zen does theatrical teppanyaki.
There’s an even wider choice of bars – 23, in fact. Of these, the Moon Lounge has cocktails, karaoke and DJs, and the Eclipse Terrace is set up perfectly for sundowners.
EAT to the beat
A rock theme ensures plenty of entertainment. Evening shows include tribute acts (is that you, Madonna?), live rock bands and DJs.
There are also crowd-pleasing karaoke nights. There’s a packed schedule of activities during the day too. Adults get water workouts, music quizzes, beach volleyball and pool parties.
Kids are kept happy with crafts, games, sandcastle contests and snorkelling sessions at Hard Rock Roxity Kids Club.
The show must go on
With so much on offer within the resort, it might be tempting not to leave. But Punta Cana is well worth exploring.
Consider Cana Bay a starting point as tours can take you walking on lush Anamuya Mountain, exploring the heritage buildings of Santo Domingo and gliding along the Yuma in a riverboat.
And all this excitement and adventure doesn’t have to come at a risk. That is where the British Airways Holidays Customer Promise comes in.
This promise includes a 24-hour holiday helpline for any issues while you are away, Atol protection for your money and small deposits starting from just £60 per person.**
There are full and speedy refunds for any trips impacted by a major travel restriction, and extra safety measures for hotels and rental cars.
So, isn’t it time you rocked up to the Caribbean?
