Rudden started her chocolate odyssey in a Dublin manufacturing facility back in 1999, and by 2007 she was in a position to bring her popular chocolate — as well as local employment opportunities — back to her home village of Stradone in Co Cavan.
In those early years, Rudden’s expertise centred around bakery management and food science.
