MAGIC ON THE MED
The new Mediterranean cruise ship with infinity pool, two-storey spa and
glass dome top deck in case it rains
When you join the newest Princess ship for her inaugural season in the Mediterranean, from February 2024, you’ll be setting sail in serious style.
The Sun Princess is the largest of the Princess fleet and perhaps the most glamorous. Think 4,300 guests, 29 restaurants and bars, and 1,500 balcony staterooms, not to mention the great experiences that you’ll enjoy as you explore the ports and destinations of the Mediterranean.
This ship is the most sustainable of the Princess fleet – and the first in its new Sphere class. The Sun Princess is powered by liquefied natural gas (LNG), which will significantly reduce the ship’s environmental footprint.
Considered the cleanest of all fossil fuels, LNG produces 40 per cent less carbon dioxide than coal and releases no harmful particulates into the atmosphere.
