IT’S THE deviously entertaining new game where contestants go head to head to prove they’re worthy of a glamorous benefactor’s fortune.
But don’t count your cash just yet – 13 strangers will have to convince each other they’ve done the most to secure the prize fund by tackling a series of outrageous tasks set by none other than “The Deceased”!
To celebrate this gripping new series, we caught up with The Sun’s very own “Reali-TEA” correspondent, Will Njobvu, to find out what he’s most excited about as the drama unfolds.
Played by the fabulous Elizabeth Hurley, it’s safe to say that The Deceased is a woman of mystery and, most importantly, drama.
The owner of an expansive estate, she has scattered clues throughout for contestants to uncover more about her life – and, ultimately, her fortune.
But of course none of the clues are simple as the contestants must prove they deserve her fortune!
After all, in her own words: “They say all is fair in love and war, but whoever said that didn’t have an inheritance to fight over.”

The Deceased is iconic
We all love a show that sees contestants tested, but this scandalous new game takes things to a whole new level. Outrageous tasks equal some serious cash – but it isn’t quite as simple as that.
If you’re not giving it 110 per cent, the other contestants will be on to you and will hold it against you when it comes to deciding who is worthy of the inheritance from that task.
If someone hasn’t pulled their weight, the group won’t be voting for them when The Executor finalises the inheritance for that day.
And the tasks aren’t just for the thrill of the game. Each one is inspired by the wild and mysterious life of the show’s late matriarch.
One minute the contestants are running her glam winery, the next they’re literally digging up secrets she buried in her own back garden!
From wrangling prize-winning livestock to uncovering scandalous hidden treasures, it’s clear that in this game, absolutely anything goes. We are so ready for the drama!

The Tasks are wild
When a life-changing inheritance is up for grabs, strategy is everything. In this game, winning a task is only half the battle.
The victors gain the ultimate power: the ability to distribute up to half of the prize money for that day.
Will contestants form powerful alliances to control the flow of cash and secure their path to the final?
Or will the temptation of an individual gain shatter any loyalty, causing chaos and conflict among those fighting to win on their own merit?

Enemies or allies?
This may be the first time we have met this fabulous bunch of strangers but they are truly great. As The Executor, Rob Rinder himself, described them: “a rich variety of British life in every respect”.
From a 19-year-old student and content creator to a wedding planner from Scotland and a former police officer, the contestants truly shed a light on what we would all do if there was money up for grabs.
With everyone mentally planning to spend the money in different ways, it’s so gripping to see them all battle it out for their share of the cut.
As Rob rightly said: “When you get a diverse community and you come with a little bit of subconscious bias about how you think people are going to behave, they always surprise – and they certainly did.”

Cracking contestants
Perhaps the most compelling reason to tune in to this brand new show is the brilliant Rob Rinder.
Taking on the crucial role of The Executor, Rob, above, serves as The Deceased’s trusted legal counsel.
Entrusted with upholding her will, Rob is in charge of ensuring the contestants follow a series of mischievous and fiendishly difficult final requests.
He is responsible for keeping the chaos in check as the players battle for their share of the inheritance.
As The Executor, Rob oversees the dramatic twists, where only one player can claim the cash earned after each challenge by convincing the others they are the most deserving.
His presence ensures that in this “camp, cut-throat” game of persuasion and betrayal, the rules are followed to the letter.
