The Nous Women’s Network aims to support the success of women at Nous by encouraging and role-modelling female leadership, providing professional development opportunities targeted to women, and providing a peer-based safe space for women to discuss challenges they have experienced because of their gender.
The Nous Proud network gives LGBTIQ+ Nousers and allies a peer-based safe space to share their stories and varied lived experiences. Nous Proud aims to provide direct support for LGBTIQ+ Nousers, promote LGBTIQ+ inclusive behaviours at Nous, create more inclusive societies through our work, and support Nous as an LGBTIQ+ inclusive employer of choice.
Multicultural Nous celebrates and advances the cultural and linguistic diversity of Nous. It aims to connect and share experiences between culturally and linguistically diverse Nousers and their allies, improve the understanding of the challenges that culturally and linguistically diverse Nousers face - at Nous and more widely, exchange practices and knowledge so we can be more inclusive in our work with clients, and celebrate the rich cultural and linguistic diversity of Nousers.
The Nous Disability and Wellbeing Network seeks to promote and support all Nousers to fulfill their potential as individuals and employees at Nous. We do this through working to empower, educate, and advocate across our three domains of wellbeing & mental health, neurodivergence, and physical disability.
Christians with Nous brings together Christian Nousers and those interested in exploring the Christian faith in an open, friendly and non-judgmental space. Christians with Nous aims to make a positive contribution to the work, culture and wellbeing of all employees at Nous by supporting Christians at Nous to help them live out their faith.
Nous Women in Data support and encourage further diversity and inclusion in the data analytics space at Nous. WiD hosts regular network sessions and facilitates mentorship to actively support continued learning. This includes data buddies, trouble shooting sessions, and identifying learning pathways and appropriate support mechanisms based on different data personas, with the hopes of increasing the number of women involved in data analytics.
