We believe that we all rise together, so our bonus is a collaborative one based on the performance of the entire organisation. Each Nouser can choose between no bonus, half bonus or full bonus options.
We encourage professional development and support you to build your expertise. We provide generous financial support for study and professional development and reimburse a relevant professional membership per year.
We recognise the costs involved in staying connected and maintaining a home office, so offer allowances to offset these expenses.
We know people have busy lives outside of work, and so have a flexible leave system to match. We allow people to purchase additional leave where the impact on clients and colleagues can be managed.
We support people who wish to take a career break by offering up to 12 months away from the business to explore other paths, such as study, travel or volunteering.
We have systems in place to allow Nousers to lease a vehicle or make discretionary superannuation contributions on favourable financial terms.
We provide access to a personal coaching and counselling service that offers confidential, short-term support across a variety of areas.
We go beyond our statutory obligation by providing early access to long-service leave in Australia, allowing you to access five weeks of leave after five years of service.
We offer 18 weeks of paid primary carer parental leave and 10 weeks of paid secondary carer parental leave. Research suggests it is beneficial for both new parents to have this opportunity. Access to leave is gender neutral and superannuation is paid on this leave.
We allow Nousers to take the day of leave for a public holiday on a date of their choice (excepting the new year holiday period).
We offer five days of compassionate leave rather than just the statutory minimum entitlements, in addition to existing categories of leave.
We offer recharge leave after sustained periods of long work hours, in order to support flexible work patterns.
