Data Collection
Professional Services Analytics collects data on current service delivery models, and how they are resourced, through detailed workforce allocation data collected for 167 operations activities/services. It then reveals how effective these services are at supporting academic and professional staff users in their roles and what their experience is when using the services.
Professional Services Analytics data is built ‘bottom-up’ using input from local academic departments which creates buy-in to the results and enables change. It provides record-level workforce analytics that enable change teams to inform active change projects – the data we provide is far more than a governance check box exercise.
