We worked primarily with Katie and secondarily with Brad. Katie presented very knowledgeable and equipped to present on the products and services relevant to my business. She offered a customized package straight away. It was obvious she knew our needs very well. She was prepared and ready to move forward with the next step right away. She communicates very well, explains why she recommends certain products and what the products can do for you, the client. When you need her, she is reachable and available, patient and understanding. I have used Office Interiors for my office locations outside of Fredericton, and Katie did her best to make that as seamless for me as possible. Katie is professional and explains pros and cons and why she recommends a product or service so that you, as the client, can make an informed decision. Brad has always been quick to help us with our phones or fax/copier as needed. He too is very knowledgeable and patient. He explains concepts and solutions well and ensures that you as the client understands a product's functions and how to use them as easily as possible. Overall, we have had a superior experience with everyone we have dealt with at Office Interiors and will remain a loyal client who refers others to this organization.
