After you sign up for the class, we’ll contact you to get a good feel for your experience and vertical. Our goal is to place you in a group with similarly sized, non-competing MSPs.

MSP Foundations is an 8-week course involving a combination of video-based content and facilitator-led group training.
Classes meet once per week for one hour.
There is additional weekly video content that takes approximately 30 minutes to one hour, as well as some independent course work based on the weekly lessons.
The $450 investment in MSP Foundations covers the full 8 weeks of course video content and live, interactive sessions, all course materials, and access to a dedicated Teams channel.
This class is meant for MSPs with 5 or less employees or new MSPs that have been providing full managed services for less than 2 years. The course provides guidance on best practices in key areas of your business, as well as ways to improve processes, increase revenue, and mature as a business.
