Elliott Krivenko
Elliott has two decades of experience in research, data communication, and market analysis. His current role is as CoStar’s Senior Director of Market Analytics in Seattle, covering multifamily and commercial real estate analytics for Alaska, Montana, and Washington State. Before that, he worked for the Downtown Seattle Association, leading research efforts for more than 15 years. Prior to launching his professional career, he earned a master’s degree in community development from Antioch University Seattle. Outside of work, he is an avid hiker and volunteers regularly for The Mountaineers club as a hike leader and instructor for outdoor courses.

Joe Fain is the President and CEO of the Bellevue Chamber. He previously served two terms in the Washington State Senate where he worked extensively on economic development, transportation, and education issues.
He was a leading negotiator of Washington’s 2015 statewide transportation package. He also led the negotiations and prime-sponsored Washington’s Paid Family Leave legislation, which passed in 2017.
Joe has also worked managing a boutique law and consulting firm in Seattle specializing in technology and healthcare; at the University of Washington office of technology transfer and commercialization; as a prosecutor for King County; and as Chief of Staff to a member of the King County Council.
Joe was selected in 2012 as one of Puget Sound Business Journal’s 40 under 40 and was a 2017 Rodel Fellow with the Aspen Institute.
He has a Joint JD/MBA from Seattle University and an undergraduate degree from the University of Washington.
Jon Scholes

President + CEO
Jon Scholes is president & CEO of the Downtown Seattle Association where he is responsible for the operations and programs of the DSA, an association comprised of more than 1,100 businesses, nonprofit organizations and residents formed in 1958 to create a healthy, vibrant downtown. In this capacity, Jon is also responsible for the management of the Metropolitan Improvement District (MID), which was established by property owners and the City of Seattle in 1999 to provide cleaning, safety, transportation, marketing and public-realm management services across 300 square blocks in downtown.
He was appointed president and CEO of DSA in November of 2014 following six years as DSA’s vice president of advocacy and economic development. Jon has spent more than 20 years working in nonprofit advocacy, public affairs, local government, and in senior positions on political campaigns at the regional and state levels.
Linda Hoffner

Linda Hoffner is a General Manager at Wright Runstad & Company overseeing The Spring District development in the Bel-Red corridor of Bellevue. She oversees the operations of over 1.5M SF of completed office and retail space while also managing the condominium association that maintains the shared outdoor park space throughout the 36-acre development site. Linda’s passion lies in community building and working with public/private partnerships that can facilitate effective placemaking in an urban environment. Linda serves as a Board Member for the Bellevue Chamber of Commerce, Bellevue-based nonprofit Rainier Athletes, Eastrail Partners, and CREW Seattle. She serves on the Development Committees for Habitat for Humanity Seattle-King County and The Sophia Way. Linda was named one of Puget Sound Business Journal AND 425 Business Magazine’s ‘40 under 40’ in 2023 and 425 Magazine’s Women to Watch in 2024. Linda is a University of Washington graduate with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and currently resides in Bellevue with her husband and children.
Will Frame

Executive VP
Will Frame is an Executive Vice President with Kidder Mathews, specializing in commercial real estate sales and leasing of office and healthcare properties throughout the Puget Sound region. Since joining the firm in 2015, Will has consistently been a top producer, earning his first Kidder Mathews "Big Hitters" award in 2018 for its top annual producers. He has completed over $800 million in transaction volume, representing more than seven million square feet of property. Will also serves on the firm’s Advisory Committee, a group focused on driving growth, improving efficiency, and strengthening the firm’s competitive edge through innovative ideas.
In addition to his leadership at Kidder Mathews, Will is an active member of the Commercial Brokers Association (CBA) and serves on its board of directors. He advocates for brokers across the Pacific Northwest—helping expand resources, strengthen professional networks, and create opportunities that benefit the region. Will is often sought after as a panelist for his deep expertise in commercial real estate, sharing his insights with industry professionals.
