How Does it work
Desks are labeled using color coded QR SPOT Tags and are allocated the day before to ensure the right number of socially distanced spaces are cleaned and available
Team members use the Return to Workspace App to reserve a socially distanced desk or room at their preferred location ahead of the date of travel
The team member is provided a numbered desk and location making it easy for them to locate their space ahead of travel
Upon arrival the team member can check-in by using their phone to scan the QR code
The system accepts the check-in reservation, shows the usage of the location and confirms the area has been cleaned ahead of time

Freespace digital signage allows for information displays in your common areas, outside of meeting rooms and lobby areas. Additonally, it is included in the Return to Workspace App helping employees navigate wherever and whenever.
Assists staff and visitors of wayfinding for cleaned and socially distance color coded workspaces available for use
Live update of available workspace flows with indications of permitted vs. current number of users
Communicates workspace policies or company messages
SPOT Tags
Workspaces are labelled using the unique system of numberd and colored coded QR SPOT tags
Color codes can be used for different days of the week or alternate weeks in accordance with company space requirements, return to work and accomodation strategy
Codes interact with the Cleanreader and updated on the digital display and app when released
Occupancy Sensors
Sensors placed in common areas, meeting rooms, washrooms and under desks trigger alerts after workspaces are used
Team members can go directly to their workspace upon arrival
Once a workspace is occupied it is removed from the system that day providing real time information in relation to desk availability by area and floor
Sensor alerts can be used to trigger cleaning requests either before the workspace is next used for desks, meeting rooms, phone booths, common or shared areas or in accordance with local cleaning policies
Cleaned workspaces are released as available for bookings and displayed on digital signage
Allows for reporting on dynamic user demand and capacity and usage
SPOT Tags & Occupancy Sensors
Color coded and numbered tags with a unique QR code are applied to the workspace to allow for easy identification
Occupancy sensors provide a live update of available workspace flows with indications of permitted vs. current number of users

Clean Reader
Cleanreader ‘Back Office’ dashboard provides visibility in real time and ensures all used workspaces are scheduled for cleaning ahead of the next booking and use
Cleaning team receives a list of workspaces to clean via their handheld Cleanreader
Cleanreader scans the QR SPOT Tag in each workspace before and after cleaning when all cleaning tasks are completed
Provides cleaning and control measures to minimize risks of transmission
The workspace is recorded as clean and released for use for the next occupant, with an audit trail of time and dates of inspection and cleaning in order to evidence safety and statutory compliance
