Private Office

Private offices provide a quiet, confidential and secure space to work and leave your belongings, while simultaneously allowing you to join in with your team right outside your door.

Workspace

Activity - Based workplaces support four work modes: focus, collaboration, socializing and learning. These spaces should promote flexibility, privacy, efficiency and productivity, while providing appropriate support spaces and amenities that foster collaboration.

Collaborative

Equitable access to collaborative experiences is more important than ever as we manage the complexity of hybrid work. Although the team is fluid in nature, the territory, furnishings and equipment within the space should allow for flexibility—giving the team using it the ability to adjust and make the space work for their specific needs.

Social

When given the choice, people are drawn to the places that make them feel the best and most productive. What we’ve known as the “office” has evolved into a place of social context—way more collaborative than it’s ever been. Social spaces are flexible, communal, and inspiring, so people can pause, gather, connect, and refresh.

Ancillary

A variety of informal office furniture and accessories that support multiple postures (like sitting, perching, lounging, and standing). It is more for “in-between spaces,” such as lounges, enclaves, lobbies, patios, work cafes, and informal collaborative areas. It also includes lighting solutions and accessories that help to brand a space and make it feel more welcoming.

Lobby

A great lobby functions as advertising and a sum of impression to company culture for future employees and guests. Think of it as a destination home-away-from-home, a comfortable working environment, and a splendor to the eyes.
