Using a workforce communications platform enables a project team's leadership to relay important information, updates and trainings directly to tradespeople on their smartphones. At Allison Transmission, Pepper employed MindForge, which is one of the tools we have implemented to increase communication and mitigate risk in the field. It was the ideal way to quickly and consistently share messages such as parking information, updated COVID protocols, job access and activity changes, weather alerts and new team or task leader introductions.

Inside the museum, the existing galleries, arts school and theater have been renovated and 40,000 square feet of new construction includes an additional gallery, administrative and education spaces, amenities and new entrances. One feature is a large wall for exhibits that faces an oversized curtainwall providing a view of the park — an enticement to people outside. There is also a "cultural living room" — a social gathering space designed for events and other programming. Below are brief descriptions of several of the spaces that will welcome visitors as they return to the museum this April.
