When we excavated for the new cafeteria, we found the existing draintile system to be completely unusable. To avoid disruptions and ensure safety on campus, conveyers were set up and mini-excavators and buggies were used to remove debris and bring in materials. Additionally, special equipment was brought in to maintain clean air in the occupied building.
The existing fiber internet lines ran through the center court building which was to be entirely gutted for a new library. This work took place during the school year. The new line was installed so internet services were not interrupted during construction.
We discovered significant gaps and deteriorated reinforcements when replacing the exterior walkway. We split the replacement over two summers to ensure that the walkway was constructed correctly and would stand the test of time.
