Mary O'Malley is a senior superintendent who started her career as a carpenter with Pepper 31 years ago. On every project, she supervises jobsite personnel, maintains schedule and budget, and implements Pepper standards for safety and quality. Mary's vast experience includes solar, commercial interiors, K-12, higher education, healthcare, residential, retail and religious markets. We are so proud to have Mary on our team.
