By 2035, more than half of the energy that feeds our utility grid will be from renewable energy resources. In fact, there are incentives and grant monies currently available to help drive solar installations. We will look at each project’s solar potential and provide our clients with a layout and an estimate that capitalizes on the applicable incentives.
Refrigerant types are a hot topic. Common refrigerants that are used in building mechanical systems are 10,000 times hotter than CO2. A ban on these common refrigerants will go into effect in 2025, so we are raising awareness of next-generation refrigerants that are more environmentally friendly and will be compatible with the future mechanical systems that will soon be required.
You might be surprised how much energy savings can be found through a building’s envelope (the roof, walls and floor). Insulation also contributes to the thermal comfort of the people inside while offering potential energy cost savings.

Water savings contribute more than a drop in the bucket. Many of the communities we serve are already experiencing water shortages and planning for water scarcity as our population grows. This puts an even greater demand on our shared resources. We can offer strategies to lower a project's domestic water use and analyze how much rainwater your project can collect to further drive down water use.
