First Casino Night benefitting Junior Achievement of Central Ohio is held raising $15,000.

Completion of Von Maur in Beavercreek, Ohio - Pepper Ohio’s first large-scale, retail project.

Completion of IKEA Columbus

Pulled a record-breaking 247 tires out of the Little Miami River during the annual Little Miami River Clean-up.

Completion of Northern Kentucky University Recreation Center – Pepper Cincinnati’s first, large-scale higher education project.
