Business Resource Groups (BRGs) are employee-led affinity groups that provide additional support for PGIM’s and Prudential’s diverse employees. For over two decades, BRGs have been a key partner in Inclusion & Diversity strategies across Prudential’s enterprise, and have helped to create a rich culture that supports all of Prudential’s employees. BRGs are open to the PGIM community, with many of our employees taking on leadership positions within the varying groups.
PGIM’s Inclusion Council is led by senior leaders from across the businesses. The primary focus of the Inclusion Council is to develop internal and external awareness of PGIM’s commitment to building a more diverse and inclusive culture, while supporting PGIM business and functional groups in attracting, developing, retaining and promoting diverse talent. Inclusion Council members also seek to drive the talent and culture goals of their respective businesses.
Our Women’s Advisory Council was established almost a decade ago. The council consists of 2 senior-level women from each of PGIM’s businesses. The council supports the recruitment, development, advancement and retention of women in asset management. Council members lead strategy setting and programming in support of women.
