Under Matt Harvey, Sarah transitioned from Corporate Mezzanine to launch our Direct Lending strategy. She was promoted to Senior Associate.
2020
With Sarah’s efforts, the Direct Lending team grew from a 2-person team to a 12-person team within two years.
Sarah Bittner came to PGIM Private Capital straight from the University of Texas at Austin with a strong interest in power and renewables. With her dedication, attention to detail, and strong analytics, she was rewarded by being promoted to Senior Analyst within two years.
Fast forward two more years, Sarah was promoted to Senior Associate and was helping to launch our Direct Lending strategy in Chicago. Her ability to leverage her start in ESG investing makes her an invaluable member of the Direct Lending team.

As a high performing analyst, Sarah was approached by Jeff Dickson with the opportunity to join the Alternatives group, focusing on our Corporate Mezzanine strategy. Sarah accepted the offer, was promoted to Associate and relocated to Chicago.
