Change starts at the top, so we are working to increase diverse representation at the senior-most levels of PGIM by 5% over the next 5 years. Through targeted development, mentorship and support of our diverse senior talent, we are actively working to achieve this “5-over-5” goal by 2023. Our progress so far:
