Charlotte Dreizen is a Director of Sustainability and Environment at PLASTICS who joined the association in 2022 to lead work related to plastic waste in the environment, including its work on Operation Clean Sweep (OCS). Prior, Charlotte managed the American Institute of Architect’s net zero carbon commitment, ran recycling programs for the Washington, DC government, and educated companies on recyclable and compostable packaging with the Sustainable Packaging Coalition.
Charlotte is a graduate of George Washington University with a B.A. in International Affairs with concentrations in International Development and International Environmental Studies. Additionally, she is completing her master's degree in Urban & Regional Planning at Georgetown University in Fall 2023, with a focus on sustainability and solid waste. Charlotte is also a TRUE Zero Waste Advisor and produces a video series, “Unpacking Recycling with Charlotte”, with Waste360.

Patrick Krieger is the Senior Vice President, Sustainability and Policy at the Plastics Industry Association. He leads the association’s efforts in advocating for the growth of the plastics industry in a sustainable way by working with its members and the leadership of the Sustainability Advisory Board. He works to promote the recycling of plastics through demand-side projects in the New End Market Opportunities program as well as advocating for policies that strengthen US mechanical and advanced recycling. He also oversees the international plastic resin stewardship program, Operation Clean Sweep. He joined the PLASTICS in March 2015 and previously worked for the Animal Health Institute. He graduated from Texas A&M in 2007.
Please review the eligibility criteria to complete OCS Logistics Verifier Training below and ensure that you meet either option one or two for both Professional Experience and Knowledge of Management Systems.
Professional Experience
Option 1: Successful attainment of the rank "Provisional Auditor" or "Lead Auditor" in ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO9001, and/or RCMS®/RC14001®, as well as a minimum of one year of employment or as a contractor with an ASP.
Option 2: A proven track record as an independent consultant in environmental, health, and safety management systems within the manufacturing, chemical, or plastics industries with at least four years of experience.
Knowledge of Management Systems
Option 1: Successful completion of a training course on conformance auditing of management systems for ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO9001, and/or RCMS®/RC14001®.
Option 2: Certification by Exemplar Global for ISO14001, ISO9001, ISO45001, and/or Responsible Care®.

OCS Blue Verifier Status
This is a shortened, supplemental training to the full OCS Blue Verifier training intended for individuals who have previously completed an OCS Blue Verifier training. Upon completion of this training, only active OCS Blue Verifiers will be awarded an OCS Logistics Verifier certificate.

Allison Chertack is an Associate Director of Plastics Life Cycle and Sustainability within the American Chemistry Council’s Plastics Division with 6+ years of experience in plastics sustainability. She is responsible for positioning the benefits of plastics through life cycle assessments and data analyses to support the division’s advocacy efforts.Allison also leads ACC’s work on Operation Clean Sweep (OCS), an industry led plastic resin stewardship program that aims to keep plastic resin out of the environment.She holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Studies and a Master of Science in Sustainability Systems.

Stephanie Didier is a Sustainability Program Coordinator at PLASTICS who joined the association in 2024 to assist with work on Operation Clean Sweep (OCS). Before joining PLASTICS, Stephanie completed a year long fellowship at the National Parks Service, working at the national level to improve park planning as it relates to sustainability and operational efficiency. Stephanie is a recent graduate of Davidson College with a B.A. in Environmental Studies and English. Her interdisciplinary experience includes environmental communications, stakeholder engagement, and content development.

Omar Davidson is the Senior Recycling & Sustainability Executive at the British Plastics Federation (BPF), where he leads key initiatives aimed at advancing sustainability within the plastics industry. In his role, Omar is responsible for managing the Recycling Group, a network of over 70 UK-based recyclers across diverse sectors, all focused on improving recycling practices and being the primary voice for the UK plastics recycling industry. Additionally, Omar supports Operation Clean Sweep (OCS) UK, a global voluntary program dedicated to preventing the loss of plastic pellets, flakes, and powders into the environment. OCS continues to expand its reach, promoting sustainable practices within the industry and working with organisations to minimise their environmental impact.

Pedro’s professional experience spans over a multitude of topics from working as an R&D Manager, Environmental Specialist and, currently as an Account Executive for the European Plastics Converters (EuPC) where he specializes in Microplastic regulatory affairs and manages key industry programmes such as Operation Clean Sweep Europe and PolyCert Europe.
