Charlotte Dreizen is a Director of Sustainability and Environment at PLASTICS who joined the association in 2022 to lead work related to plastic waste in the environment, including its work on Operation Clean Sweep (OCS). Prior, Charlotte managed the American Institute of Architect’s net zero carbon commitment, ran recycling programs for the Washington, DC government, and educated companies on recyclable and compostable packaging with the Sustainable Packaging Coalition.
Charlotte is a graduate of George Washington University with a B.A. in International Affairs with concentrations in International Development and International Environmental Studies. Additionally, she is completing her master's degree in Urban & Regional Planning at Georgetown University in Fall 2023, with a focus on sustainability and solid waste. Charlotte is also a TRUE Zero Waste Advisor and produces a video series, “Unpacking Recycling with Charlotte”, with Waste360.

Will Planter is a seasoned technical consultant with over 20 years of expertise in transportation, logistics, and rail network implementations, recognized for strategic planning and innovative problem-solving. His key areas of expertise include rail logistics & systems integration, plastic resin management, stakeholder education, and OCS. Will Planter is widely recognized for his leadership in environmental responsibility and operational efficiency.
Please review the eligibility criteria to complete OCS Blue & Logistics Verifier Training below and ensure that you meet either option one or two for both Professional Experience and Knowledge of Management Systems.
Professional Experience
Option 1: Successful attainment of the rank “Provisional Auditor” or “Lead Auditor” in ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 9001, and/or RCMS®/RC 14001®, as well as a minimum of one year of employment or as a contractor with an ASP.
Option 2: A proven track record as an independent consultant in environmental, health, and safety management systems within the manufacturing, chemical, or plastics industries with at least four years of experience.
Knowledge of Management Systems
Option 1: Successful completion of a training course on conformance auditing of management systems for ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 9001, and/or RCMS®/RC 14001®.
Option 2: Certification by Exemplar Global for ISO 14001, ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and/or Responsible Care®.

Scott Buber, Director of Chemical Operations at WSI, oversees world-class chemical warehousing and logistics operations across 7+ million square feet of facilities. With 30+ years in chemical operations, Scott's background spans US Army Chemical/Biological/Nuclear Operations, petrochemical terminal management at Port of LA, and elected Director of the LA/Long Beach Harbor Commission. He leads WSI's Chemical Division and Chemical Review Team, combining massive-scale operations with deep regulatory expertise.

Pedro De Filippo Vannucci is a Sustainability Program Coordinator at PLASTICS who joined the association in 2025 to work on Operation Clean Sweep (OCS). Before joining PLASTICS, Pedro worked as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the Institute on the Environment, where he contributed to research on the usability of decision-support tools, as well as its relationship with crop insurance practices for U.S. corn farmers.
Pedro is a graduate of the University of Minnesota with a degree in Environmental Science, Policy, and Management. His background includes stakeholder-driven analysis, hands-on program coordination and operational decision-making across nonprofit, public-sector, and small business settings

Tanya Rogers is the Senior Director, Compliance and Audit for Kenan Advantage Group, focused on many different industries and compliance that KAG works with. This includes most recently starting up the OCS program for KAG. Previously, working with other logistic companies (trucking and warehousing), has been successful implementing and changing company perspectives on compliance and how to approach. She has been in the logistics industry for 18 years working on the trucking and warehousing side. Tanya is an active participant in various industry groups including OCS, Responsible Care, Transcaer and National Tank Truck Carriers. As a passionate member of the logistics community, she strives to think outside the box, working with various stakeholders to develop create solutions to the challenges making the industry safer for employees, communities, and environment. She has a bachelor's in political science and a master's in safety/environmental and is currently in the process of moving to Dallas, Texas.
