Vina Buchette
A short passageway next to the train station on the edge of Chinatown has seen a total gastronomic rebirth. Over the last two years, more than a dozen food stalls, cafés and bars have opened there, turning the pedestrian-only street into what feels like a block party every night. Vina Buchette, a wine window serving empanadas and mostly low-intervention wines, is a very welcome addition to the area. Try unique labels like a skin-contact chardonnay from Bodega L’orange, or Criollaje from Finca Las Payas’ fully agro-ecological vineyard, made with criolla grapes, the oldest vines on the continent. And of course, pair it with Vina Buchette’s housemade empanadas.
