Bodriggy Brewery

Melbourne is overflowing with great breweries, and in recent years many have opened to the public. Bodriggy sits apart not just for the excellent beers, but also because it serves some of the best Latin American food in the city. (Mexican chef Johnny Dominguez has worked in several of Melbourne’s best fine dining restaurants.) The bar program is headed by career bartender Max Hart, making Bodriggy’s cocktail game a serious step up from most brewpubs. Located in one of Melbourne’s up-and-coming entertainment areas, Bodriggy is surrounded by trendy dive bars, outstanding local pubs and immigrant-run restaurants, which make the entire surrounding neighborhood worth a visit.
