Caretaker’s Cottage

Operated by a group of ex–Black Pearl bartenders in the former caretaker’s cottage belonging to a looming cathedral built in 1858, this aptly named bar is all about atmosphere and service. After years in the industry, this crew has created a destination that’s simply full of the things they like: good cocktails, Guinness on tap and a stack of vinyl records played on an exceptionally good sound system. Only a few months old, Caretaker’s already feels like an institution, exuding the calm confidence of true hospitality professionals still in love with the game.
