Café Klandestino
As its name suggests, this venue channels the clandestine nature of the Prohibition era. But rather than a roster of classics, the drinks here are made with a range of unconventional products such as mustard, fermented fruit and bone marrow. The current menu is dedicated to recreating classic Portuguese dishes in cocktail form. Traditional recipes, such as canja (a chicken soup), are reimagined in the glass with gin, a blend of bianco and dry vermouths, Branca Menta, apple juice, miso and soda water.
