At the centre of Dalia, you will find the heart of the project: 43 townhouses that are available in a variety of different sizes and models ranging from three to five bedrooms, all equipped with their own backyards and connected via a series of walking paths that lead to the project’s main outdoor pool.
In addition to the townhouses, 134 condominiums and maisonettes are available in one to three-bedroom models. The seven-storey condominium is perfectly positioned to provide a breathtaking view of Mount-Royal Park as well as the upcoming Royalmount development.
At the base of the seven-floor condominium is a warm and welcoming lobby where residents and their guests can meet and mingle in a safe, friendly environment before entering their own private abodes.
Both the gym and lounge that are housed in the condominium were designed by FormStudio Architects to promote physical activity and a general sense of well-being.
