The largest port in Ontario and the western marine gateway to the Greater Toronto-Hamilton Area (GTHA). Its 650 acres are home to 140 tenants who make use of HOPA’s marine, rail and logistics assets. Commodities include steel, agri-foods, construction materials, liquid bulk and more. It is served by CN and CP Rail. In the future, Hamilton is expected to be a growing hub for container handling in the Great Lakes.

Port of Oshawa
The port is the eastern gateway to the Greater Toronto Area. This port is served by CN Rail and has easy access to the 401. Commodities handled include grain, steel, cement, salt and project cargo. It is currently undergoing a $30 million modernization to improve capacity and efficiency.

Thorold Multimodal Hub
A 200-acre multimodal industrial complex in the heart of Niagara Region, immediately adjacent to the Welland Canal. The site is unique to Niagara and features marine, rail and highway access, as well as over 500,000 sq. ft. of indoor warehouse and outdoor storage space. Units available from 2,000 sq.ft. to 50 acres for every kind of business.
