An IVF Fresh or Freeze-All cycle may increase the chances of success and includes stimulating the ovaries with medication, followed by retrieving the eggs and fertilizing them with sperm to develop embryos. Embryos can be transferred back into the uterus or be tested and frozen and saved for a future transfer.
