ProviderTrust empowers a safer, smarter healthcare for patients, providers, and payers. Founded in 2010 in Nashville, TN, ProviderTrust creates comprehensive solutions to solve complex problems to make healthcare data meaningful and actionable. Our mission is to create a safer healthcare for everyone.
ProviderTrust partners with HR, Compliance, and Provider Operations teams to continuously monitor healthcare populations to identify license, credential, compliance, and payment eligibility issues before they impact patients. Our solutions monitor employees, vendors, provider networks, licenses, credentials, and more for OIG and state Medicaid exclusions, sanctions or disciplinary actions, license expirations or suspensions.
We aim to put the needs of others first, even when it means we have to overlook our own wants. We grow by caring for each other's passions and being conscientious of ways to help our team succeed. We strive to be co-laborers with our teammates as we acknowledge and celebrate our unique gifts.
There is no substitute for hustle. Embracing a “healthy hustle” is one where we can go big and be ambitious without burning out. Efficiency and intentionality is key to making the most of the hours we work.
We embrace the principle of curiosity, as it will continuously lead us down new paths and stretch us to ask questions that will deepen our understanding of our business, our clients’ needs, and our future.
Creating a thoughtful and inclusive workplace both in how we appreciate our team and our clients is critical to our success. We aim to constantly consider the experiences, concerns, passions, and values of our teammates.
Acting with integrity is critical to the identity of ProviderTrust. Without individual and collective integrity, our clients can't trust us, and we can't participate in healthy relationships with one another.
When change occurs or challenges develop, we deliberately focus on how these circumstances can help us grow, both as individuals and as a company. We embrace resilience and practice a growth mindset, allowing us to expand and evolve through challenges and adverse situations.
At ProviderTrust we value differences of opinions and embrace everyone’s unique perspective. We desire an environment that allows all team members to bring their full selves to work, unashamedly. We recognize that an environment of inclusivity doesn’t come naturally but requires constant vigilance and work to create inclusive systems and environments. We will champion building a team that embodies empathy, equity, respect, and inclusivity while actively supporting our community, clients, partners, and friends. We will ensure that each team member has opportunities to belong to the ProviderTrust mosaic and has the power to share opinions and feedback at all times.
This past year we chose to make a commitment to Diversity, Inclusion, & Belonging. This has included offering Triluna Wellness sessions at no cost to our staff and hosting educational sessions with Courage Collective. We have partnered with Pivot Technology to create new opportunities for Nashvillians to grow within the tech space. We made the commitment to continuously support local minority and Black-owned businesses. And finally, we have put our focus on sharing our new roles on more diverse platforms to create a more inclusive environment at ProviderTrust. We hope that in the coming years we will continue to listen, grow, and create a more inclusive workforce.
