>> Hello, I'm Dylan Tyson, president of Retirement Strategies at Prudential. We are honored that Prudential has been selected to continue to promise of your pension benefits. Your company knows that protecting your retirement matters and making good on promises like these, it's what we do. After all, our first pension risk transfer transaction happened way back in 1928 and believe it or not, we're still paying benefits under that arrangement. And today, we deliver retirement income confidence to more than 1.6 million people. Our team pledges to provide this same kind of commitment and service excellence to you. Now we know you may have questions, and maybe even some concerns, first and foremost, you can rest assured that any payments you're currently receiving will continue uninterrupted and we will be here to answer any questions you may have. We've also launched this website that will provide you with a timeline of information around what will be happening next and a list of commonly asked questions and answers that we often hear in transactions just like this. So, welcome to Prudential, we're glad you're here and we look forward to being your rock in retirement; today, tomorrow, and all the days that follow.

[AUDIO:]Welcome to Prudential!
You've worked hard to have a comfortable retirement.
And now that your monthly pension payments have transferred to Prudential, you probably have a few questions.
The most important thing to know is that your pension payments will continue uninterrupted.
In fact, the process is seamless.
There's nothing you need to do right away.
And there should be no disruptions to your service or to your payments.
So now let's jump in!
Your former employer entered into a Pension Risk Transfer, or PRT, agreement with Prudential.
Why? Simply put, this lets your former employer focus on the business they do best and leaves
fulfilling pension promises to Prudential.
Prudential has decades of experience managing pension obligations.
And we have proprietary tools and resources to help you navigate through retirement.

[AUDIO:]This is how it all works.
When your former employer agreed to enter into a PRT agreement, they purchased something called a
Group Annuity Contract.
This is a financial product sold by insurance companies that is used to guarantee the benefits earned
from your former employer.
Companies choose Prudential because we have been providing financial security and peace of mind
for nearly 150 years.
We currently serve more than 1.6 million workers and retirees.

[AUDIO:]We've kept our promise to provide retirement income to millions of retirees under Group Annuity Contracts since 1928 without interruption.
And now, we're happy to have the opportunity to do that for you as a Prudential customer.
