We had been working in one particular site with our own [data-gathering] efforts. So, we implemented the PTC platform on a proof of concept basis there, just to see how it compared to what we had been working on for a year and a half there. We were able to not only reproduce that data gathering but . . . we were able to quickly go beyond that. We could very, very quickly do things more accurately and deliver the value without all the pain of fighting with the platform itself and various data integrity issues that we had. It was a game-changer for sure.”

We were able to rapidly connect 9 or 10 more sites. These are sites that had many different PLCs and many different optimizer databases and kiln systems . . . so we were able to bring all the systems in quite quickly and rapidly.
