Diana Velarde
Director, Consulting Solutions, MX
Diana didn’t immediately disclose her visual and hearing disabilities when she joined PwC a decade ago, but when she confided in her leaders and received their support, her journey within the Abilities and Allies Inclusion Network took off. Today, she emphasizes the firm's dedication to supporting individuals with disabilities and, to her colleagues dealing with fear, offers this antidote: Use your voice.
