Connection fully supports ePROs, including vendor licensing, approval, and application of ePRO scoring algorithms. ePRO data can be securely delivered to other systems and databases or analyzed directly in the Insights Portal.
Connection collates patient satisfaction and experience data in real-time, highlighting services flagged as important to patients, caretakers and visitors. The emphasis is on providing actionable insights to drive improvement. Real-time alerts provide an automated monitoring of the patient experience.

Engagement tools (i.e., data dashboards, newsletters, configurable articles) help invest participants in a particular condition or community. Central to the patient portal is the data collection schedule, which supports detailed and conditional scheduling rules and data collection windows. Other types of data can be consumed by the portal, such as wearable device data, which will influence both the data collected and the collection schedule.
Patient registry
Real World Intelligence electronic Patient Reported Outcome (RWI ePRO) used in support of clinical studies and trials. Both validated (ePRO) and unvalidated data can be collected from patients and HCPs. Deployment configurations are highly flexible and there is a breadth of capability in the platform from single point in time data collection through to complex data collection schedules and registry capability.
