Companies with deeply ingrained cultures grow much faster than the average middle market company:
They report 10.8% past-year revenue growth compared to 7.2% for the
middle market as a whole.
About four out of 10 middle market executives believe their businesses have a strong culture that contributes to company performance.
Nearly three-quarters of middle market leaders say culture is a
top priority for their firms.
In companies where culture was not clear or a muddle, the past-year revenue declined by 2.7%.
