Once a U.S. listing qualifies and is entered into the MLS,
it automatically syndicates to remax.com/luxury, remax.com, global.remax.com, wsj.com and marketwatch.com. If the listing meets The REMAX Collection threshold criteria and is over $1 million (USD), it will also syndicate to mansionglobal.com, barrons.com and uniquehomes.com.
To challenge a zip code threshold, please send an email with the average sales price for all single family, condominiums, and townhomes sold within the zip code in the last six months to theremaxcollection@remax.com. If you wish to challenge multiple, please send a separate report for each zip code.
