How RE/MAX Supports the Children's Miracle Network

The Miracle Home and Miracle Commercial Property program is an exclusive program to RE/MAX agents, where participating agents donate on behalf of their clients after each property sale or lease. In 2023, RE/MAX affiliates across Canada donated more than $5.16 million to Canadian children’s hospitals.

When you buy, sell, or lease a property with a RE/MAX agent you can help make miracles happen. A RE/MAX agent who is participating in either program, will designate your home as a Miracle Home or Miracle Commercial Property. A Miracle Home listing will display a specially branded RE/MAX for Sale sign, which shows prospective buyers that their purchase will also contribute to a good cause in the neighbourhood they will be joining, and Miracle Commercial Properties will be advertised locally, regionally, nationally and across North America. Once your home or commercial property sells or leases, your agent will donate to your local CMN member hospital on your behalf.

Cash's Story

The Miracle Home and Miracle Commercial project

PROGRAMS

Support from RE/MAX and other donors helps kids like Cash get the best care and treatment possible. Cash is an active 12-year-old who loves practising karate and playing the drums. Cash was born 11 weeks early and spent three months in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) receiving treatment for heart and breathing issues. When Cash was finally able to go home, he had experienced developmental delays and had to undergo regular tests until he was four. As Cash continued to grow, he gained his strength and started catching up to his peers. Now, he leads an active lifestyle and is doing very well.
