Average residential hovers around $541,000, while waterfront properties range anywhere from $1 million to $5 million.
• The current seller's market is expected to continue through 2023.
• The Foreign Buyer Ban has created confusion and is deterring US buyers from transacting, despite not being applicable to the recreational market.
