The Rockefeller US Small Cap ESG Equity strategy pursues capital appreciation from investing in what we believe are high-quality, small market capitalization companies. The strategy focuses on investing in ‘ESG Improvers,’ firms showing the greatest improvement in their ESG footprint and therefore offering the potential to generate uncorrelated alpha in the long run. We determine ‘Improvers’ using our proprietary Rockefeller ESG Improvers Score(TM) rankings.
Rockefeller US Small Cap Tax-Aware Equity
The Rockefeller US Small Cap Tax-Aware Equity strategy pursues capital appreciation from investing in what we believe are high-quality, small market capitalization companies whose potential earnings and cash flow streams are underappreciated by the market and will migrate to mid/large market capitalizations. We seek to run the portfolio in a tax-efficient manner.
The portfolio seeks to outperform the Russell 2500® Index over a full market cycle principally through investing in US small and mid-capitalization companies. We believe that compelling long-term equity investments are the product of understanding a company’s long-term business model, the execution of its strategy over time, and an objective evaluation of a fair price to be paid for that company’s future growth prospects.
