Edinson’s Path from Venezuela to the U.S. — and the Route Home
Like so many migrants, Edinson went through the dangerous Darién Gap on his way to America. When he decided to turn around and head home to Venezuela, he avoided the jungle, taking a three-day bus ride to Costa Rica before walking to Panama to get on a small boat, and eventually another bus.
