When on your dashboard, make sure to click the Show data toggle.
GoProposal Dashboard
With GoProposal's dashboard you can navigate between the drop down selections to view Won, Live and even Lost proposals. Take it one step further by creating targets for you and your team by using the Edit Targets button.
GoProposal makes it easy to systemise your service offering and pricing. Within the line items page, you can create, edit and remove services within specific sections.
Configure your line items
If you're looking to edit an existing line item, select Edit Line on the right-hand side of that line item. For anything new, select Add New Line Item within the relevant section (such as Bookkeeping or Payroll).
Import line items and streamline your pricing changes with the ability to bulk increase service pricing.

Start creating WOW moments with GoProposal's proposal templates. With GoProposal's templates, you can ensure the proposal pdf, emails and client next steps are correct no matter if it's a new prospect, or existing client.
Set up your proposal templates
Start by selecting Add Template, or Edit an existing one. Once added, you can access your templates from the Create Proposal page.

Streamline your engagement letter process by building your engagement letter library for the different entities you serve.
Engagement letter library
Simply select Add New Version and add in your engagement letter content for each entity. Once added, you'll be able to access all of your engagement letters from the Create Proposal page.
With GoProposal you can have transparent, client facing conversations around your fees to make sure you are managing the engagement in the best possible way.
Start building your proposals
Click Create Proposal, then you will be taken to a new page to start building your proposals.
Now that you have configured your line items, proposal templates and engagement letters, it's time to create a proposal. GoProposal makes it very easy to build out proposals and engagement letters for many different types of clients and prospects quickly

Simplify your proposal process
Tailor the proposal to your clients by selecting the correct Proposal and Engagement Letter Templates.
Select your templates
From here, you can select the correct revenue range, and start - financial year end date.
Configure your revenue range and dates
With a full menu of services you can ensure that every single element of scope is considered and the client is fully onboard with what their fee is based on.
Build out your services
In the admin area you will be able to fully control and maintain all aspects of your pricing and service offerings.
Once completed building your proposal, scroll down and click Get Calculation.
Instantly generates fees
Instantly generate a fee based on the services that have been selected so you can discuss with your client or prospect and make sure they are happy.
You can also choose to present a full breakdown to the client so they can see each element that makes up their fee for even more clarity.
Choose how you'd like to present the fees
Once you are happy with the fees, click Complete Proposal to proceed and confirm the recipient for your proposal.
Click Add Additional Person to include another recipient for the proposal.

Easily request a signature from every director to ensure your business is properly protected.
You can easily define all the key deadlines for your clients to remove the pain and stress of constantly chasing for information.
Outline key deadlines
As you agree the services with the client or prospect GoProposal will instantly build a tailored proposal and Letter of Engagement that you can send to them straight away.
Review your completed documents
Make sure to select Send to Contact, then click the Send to Contact button below.
Click OnTheSpot Acceptance to sign the agreements.
It's time to e-sign!
All documents can be signed digitally by everyone you request a signature from.
