OverSuite is incredibly easy to set up, you can go from zero to having a full library of bespoke engagement letters ready to go in under 10 minutes .
Build out your library of engagement letters
Once complete, the OverSuite Wizard will give you a full library of engagement letter templates, tailored to your firm and the types of clients you work with.

OverSuite will also provide you with the letterhead components, including professional body logos and letterhead footers, to comply with the standards of your professional body.
Additional required information to make sure your engagement letters are fully compliant
By default, OverSuite sets the liability cap for each engagement at 100% of the total fees for that specific engagement. However, it also allows you the flexibility to set a custom cap.
Controlling the liability caps for your client engagements
When on your dashboard, make sure to click the “Show data” toggle.
Once your library of engagement letters is set up, you simply need to assign the relevant service schedules to the correct services within your line items.
Review your service schedules
Click Edit Line on the line item you wish to modify. In the popup window, under the Service Schedules section, assign the relevant service schedules to the appropriate services.
Start by selecting “Add template”, or “Edit” an existing one. Once added, you can access your templates from the Create Proposal page.

You also have full control over the content within OverSuite. Click Edit to modify a paragraph.
Having control over engagement letter content
Make changes and easily see where amendments have been made. This does not affect the universal updates made by OverSuite when changes come into effect. You can also revert to the original version at any time.
Building engagement letters with OverSuite is incredibly easy. Click Create Proposal, then you will be taken to a new page.

To review additional documents, go to the Proposals page. Then, in the Documents dropdown, select View OverSuite Documents.

OverSuite will also generate a variety of additional documentation for you, across disengagement letters, professional clearance letters, authority letters, introductory letters, commission notifications, third party notifications, and service schedule changes.
The content within OverSuite is updated on a quarterly basis to reflect regulatory changes as well as changes from the professional bodies. The quarterly update informs you of these changes, while also recommending any action that you might need to take based on these changes, if any are needed.
