Welcome to the Timesheets module.
Here you'll see a manager being alerted to review and approve a timesheet that's been submitted. This can then be processed by payroll so any overtime payments can be simplified and calculated accurately.
Timesheets reports will give you a deeper understanding of time tracking to make quick, informed business decisions with real-time data. The overview tool shows all employees eligible to submit timesheets, their approvers, and the status of their submissions. Use a variety pre-built reports for deeper insights and improved resource efficiency.
Ensure accurate timesheets with Sage HR's geofencing feature. Set up to 25 work zones and enable employees to clock in and out within these zones using the Sage HR app.

Here you can see interactive shift-scheduling with all the employees and their assigned shifts, synced with the Leave management module to show pre-approved leave. And when you need to move shifts around, simply drag and drop the cards between employees and days.

Employees can also view all the assigned shifts, mark unavailable dates, and indicate availability for additional shifts, making it easier for you to plan the schedule.
In the Settings tab, create rules that make shift scheduling work seamlessly for you. Automatically manage the interaction between shifts and pre-booked leave, reducing the need for manual input from admins.

In the Sage HR Expenses module, employees can submit expenses themselves in just a few easy steps.

Here, the manager receives the expense submission for approval. If they're out of the office, they will also receive notifications via the Sage HR app, allowing them to approve expenses from anywhere.
Quickly get an overview report of all employee-incurred expenses. Track their status so Finance teams can promptly pay approved claims to stay on top of admin and maintain an accurate view of costs.
