Preview your invoice before sending to see exactly what your customer will see. With Sage Accounting, you can easily customize your invoices to match your brand—colors, logos, and templates—making them uniquely yours.
Once you're ready, send it off. Sage Accounting will mark the invoice as "sent," and you'll even see when the recipient views it.

When you're paid, mark it as "paid" —or use our Stripe integration to let customers pay directly by credit card through the invoice. Activate Stripe in minutes and start receiving payments directly. With Stripe, customers can pay by card straight from your emailed invoices.
Sage Accounting helps automate data entry, freeing you up to focus on growing your business. You can manually create expenses, or use the Purchase Automation feature (at no extra cost). Forward supplier emails, snap receipts on the mobile app, or scan and upload them directly into the system.

Sage Accounting automatically scans each document and converts it into a draft transaction, including vendor name, description, and amount. Just review for any errors, approve, and you're all set!
Your draft expense is now ready to review. All you need to do is read it over and click "Approve" when you are ready.
Let’s explore how to forecast your cash flow with Sage Accounting.
Summary
In the Summary section, click on Sales for a full view of your sales performance. You’ll see net sales over time, outstanding invoices, customer details, and more, helping you stay on top of your cash flow.
Click Expenses for a detailed view of your costs. You'll see outstanding vendor bills, overdue bills, a breakdown by ledger account, and more to help you manage your expenses effectively.
For a high-level view of your cash flow, click on Cash Flow Statement. The graph helps you track performance over time, showing key inputs like your opening balance, cash in and out, liabilities, and net balance.
While similar to your cash flow statement, the Cash Flow Forecast lets you view your expected cash flow for a future date range. This helps you better understand your business's financial health and prepare for growth or unexpected expenses.
